FREE March Break Fun For Kids And Pets

The challenge? It’s March Break again: the time of year that gets parents wondering “how am I going to keep the kids busy for a whole week?” Finding new March Break activities for the family can be tough, especially for those on a budget (which in today’s economy is just about everyone).

Ask The Vet

We have tried everything but our 1.5 year old American cocker spaniel is starting to lose hair from scratching. We have changed floor cleaner, his bi-monthy baths (are now oatmeal and hypo-allergenic), his bedding washed in hypo-allergenic soap...

First thing: I empathize with you both. Chronic skin problems are often frustrating for everyone involved; the pet foremost, their owners, and the veterinarian.

It’s called common sense - yet some people seem to lack it. [...] On Tuesday July 31, at around 2 PM - Toronto Humane Society officials were called to a parking lot located at King and Jameson. The Reason - a dog was left in a car, possibly for several hours, in sweltering heat. If that wasn’t senseless enough, adding to an already terrible situation, no windows were left open.
