We are pleased to announce the launch of the Toronto dogcast podcast.
This podcast, produced and hosted by Lowell Brown, founder of the TorontoBarks.com web site is the first audio podcast of it's kind for Toronto area dog owners.
This podcast will contain interviews with some of Toronto's top dog product and service providers and will discuss issues relating to health, training, behavior and more. We have now launched our first 2 episodes and will be posting Episode #3 in the coming weeks. The first episode was an introduction explaining why the podcast was started. The second episode features an interview with Amy White, editor of Dogs, Dogs, Dogs - Toronto's favourite newspaper....for dog lovers.
Episode #3 will feature an interview with Gillian Ridgeway of Who's Walking Who Dog Training Centre.
"Each episode runs from 10 min up to an hour in length. It really depends on what we end up talking about" adds Lowell Brown. "I want to feature different vendors and pet professionals in the City of Toronto. These are the people and places that make a difference to us and our pets. So many people want to know all about the different "stuff" available for their dogs - whether it's services like dog sitters, daycares and groomer to the best pet shops, dog food or parks around the City. The public wants to know whats around in the city for them and their dogs and I intend to help put a spotlight on the many services and products available to them."
The podcast is available as a iTunes Subscription, can be download in MP3 format via The Dogcast website (http://www.thedogcast.com) or can be streamed right off the site.
If you know anyone who has a dog (or two, or three...) please help us spread the word about this great podcast. Tell them about TorontoBarks.com and Thedogcast.com!
If you are interested in being featured in an episode send us an email to bark@thedogcast.com.
