Bronson
is a 6 month old Walker Hound mix who is looking for a forever home through Toronto Animal Services North Region. He originally came into the shelter in as a stray in December 2010, but no one ever came to claim the young pup. He was then neutered and put up for adoption.
Sadly, he was recently brought back to the shelter in March when is owners had a relationship break up. Bronson is a typically goofy puppy and has a deep and distinctive hound bark. He has learned to sit and down, and is very food motivated which always make training fun and rewarding for both the dog and the human. Like most hounds, he loves to follow his nose and will need to be walked on leash at all times. He seems interested in cats, but no aggression has been seen. Bronson’s new family should consider dog classes for him to help create good lines of communication and mental stimulation. He may need some assistance with housetraining after he leaves the shelter.
Bronson's adoption fee is $209.05 which includes a city license. He is fully vaccinated microchipped and de-wormed. If you are interested in knowing more about Bronson please contact Toronto Animal Services North shelter at 416-338-8723, visit their website at www.toronto.ca/animalservices or go to the shelter in person during business hours at 1300 Sheppard Ave West.
